I used it after shampooing my hair. It left my hair with a sticky residue. It was like my hair was left unwashed for two months! I love Aveda products, especially the chamomile shampoo, that's why I got this product, as well. Also, the size I got, which was the 500ml is very difficult to squeeze out. Very disappointed!

I received a sample of this product in my advantage calendar at Christmas. Now I use it all the time just a brilliant product. Will never use any other product just love it Amazing. It has made such a difference to my hair.

This hair product made my hair soft and more manageable. My hair was beginning to feel like straw, due to it needing a good cut, cannot have that done during lockdown. It gave my hair a new lease of life.

I got this in the M&S advent calendar and it is brilliant. I find conditioner weighs my hair down but using a small amount of this on the ends of my hair after a wash makes my hair feel lightweight and soft. The hairdresser even commented on the condition of my hair since using this. I’ve already recommended this to friends as a conditioner alternative. It is a little pricey, but definitely worth the investment.

Seems to helping with my extremely dry and damaged ends whilst the hairdresser is closed - only apply sparingly to the tips. Don't need a lot so it will last a long time!

This is a super product , leaves hair shiny and manageable and improves it's condition . My hair texture had changed following chemotherapy and this has helped enormously. At first it seems a little expensive but such a small amount is needed to be used each day it is actually very cost effective, a 100ml tube lasted ages.

My hair was going very grey, but even when coloured it looked like 'old lady hair' with an unbecoming frizziness. Damage remedy has taken twenty years off the way that it looks. It's now smooth and shiny. Thank you.

This does wonders for my fine coloured hair. I am out walking the dog in all weathers along Cornish beaches and this product definitely keeps my hair in good condition.

I use this product twice a week leave it on as long as I can it leaves my hair really conditioned without weighing my hair down

After shampoo,the quality of your hair will still feel not that smooth. So using this treatment together is very important. Maybe you will feel different because it depends on a country where you are living. From my experiences of living in 3countries, UK, USA and South Korea, the hair could get affected by the weather& water.

I love this product and have used it for over 10 years. I have been using Aveda for over 25 years. The only negative is its expensive It smells amazing

I have been using Aveda for 19 years and I have extremely long hair, which used to be down to my waist, but a few years ago I began using this as my normal conditioner, as my hair needed the extra help. I am now in my 40s and my hair is down to my hips, in extremely good condition. Needless to say I love this product, as well as the Aveda shampoos I use.

I bought this at the beginning of September and have noticed a marked difference in the texture and feel of my hair. I think it is excellent.

I've been using this conditioner for many years and would never be without it. It may seem expensive, but it is highly concentrated and only a small amount needs to be applied. It lasts for a long time. I am glad to see it in M&S.
